GET RID OF THEM DAMN SMART PHONES - THE KEY TO YOUR OWN ENSLAVEMENT
Use a "dumb" phone, meaning one with zero internet, zero apps, zero camera, zero social media, just calls/texts only....yes I lead by example and have never owned a SMART phone.
